Who We Are

ToyImpact started as a simple idea: toy shopping and toy care shouldn’t require a research degree. Between conflicting product claims, endless “best of” lists, and safety questions that never seem to have a straight answer, parents deserve a resource that cuts through the noise and gets to the point.

We’re a small team of writers and researchers who spend our time comparing products, reading manufacturer specifications, testing cleaning and storage methods at home, and translating all of it into guides that are actually usable on a weeknight with a toddler underfoot.

What We Cover

Our content falls into two broad categories: buying guides that help you choose toys suited to a specific age, budget, or situation, and informational guides that answer the “how” and “why” questions that come up once the toys are already in the house — how to clean them, how often to rotate them, how to store them without your living room disappearing under plastic bins.

Our Editorial Approach

Every guide we publish is written in-house and reviewed for accuracy before it goes live. We prioritize practical advice over hype, note trade-offs honestly instead of pretending every product is perfect, and update older guides when better information or products come along.
